6 to 19 months from Wedding Date

4 to 6 months from Wedding Date

  • Follow up with guests who have not booked yet.
  • Register to a gift registry and buy your rings.

2 to 4 months from Wedding Date

  • Finalize wedding attire.
  • Look into excursions for your group.

1 to 2 months from Wedding Date

  • Final fitting for bridal attire.
  • Shop for vacation outfits.

UPON ARRIVAL

  • Meet with your hotel wedding coordinator to go over documentation and final selection of flowers, cake and location.
