I attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with an emphasis on Public Relations and Advertising. After completing my Bachelor’s Degree in 1995, I accepted a corporate position while taking online travel agent courses to further my education. Upon entering the travel industry in 1999, I have worked as a travel agent as well as the Director of Sales and Marketing/Group Sales for a national chain. In these roles, I created and implemented travel and marketing plans, coordinated special events, produced and distributed monthly newsletters, managed individual reservations and group blocks, managed advertising, created and managed existing business, and sought out new business by placing and negotiating bids. I possess a true passion for travel and desire to work intimately with each client to ensure a positive experience.
